To Tilt / Shift, or not … that is the Q.
In my passion to get it as perfect as possible Stright Out Of Camera (sooc) I’ve grown to use, learn and love techincal cameras with their ability to tilt & shift by means of their bellows … it was a given that I’d eventually move to Tilt / Shift (T/S) lenses on my 135 cameras.
With Nikon, I predominantly used these lens range; the 24mm for architecture, rarely for LandScape; the 45mm was my “go to” lens for my LandScape work; and the 85mm (I think it was 85mm) for Portrait Beauty & Fashion.
I’ve long since moved from Nikon to Hasselblad. I will cover that migration in another post.
To get an understanding as to why I use Tilt / Shift (T/S) , and how to get best use it for my LandScape as well as my Beauty & Fashion photoshoots …
Three really great reference videos on the topic … well worth the hour & ½ watching …
